1. Personal Information of Users processed by LLC "OBLAKO GROUP"

Information that is mandatory for the provision of the Services is marked in a special way. Other information is provided at the discretion of the User.

The data automatically transferred to the Services of OBLAKO GROUP LLC in the course of their use through the User’s device software, including the IP address, cookie data, information about the User’s browser (or other program used to access the Services), technical characteristics of the equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to Services, addresses of requested pages and other similar information.

1.1.3. User’s image obtained during participation in events (open trainings, service demonstrations, etc.) conducted using the Services of LLC "OBLAKO GROUP".

1.1.4. Other information about the User, the processing of which is provided by the terms of use of specific Services of LLC "OBLAKO GROUP".

1.2. This Policy applies only to the information processed during the use of the Services of LLC "OBLAKO GROUP". LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" does not control and is not responsible for the processing of information by third-party websites that the User may access through links available on the websites of LLC "OBLAKO GROUP", including search results.

1.3. LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" does not verify the accuracy of personal information provided by the User and does not have the ability to assess their legal capacity. However, LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" assumes that the user provides accurate and sufficient personal information and keeps this information up to date.

2. Purposes of processing personal information of Users

2.1. LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" collects and stores only the personal information that is necessary for providing the Services or fulfilling agreements and contracts with the User, except when mandatory retention of personal information for a specific period is required by law.

2.2. LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" processes the User’s personal information for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Identification of the party within the scope of the Services, agreements, and contracts with LLC "OBLAKO GROUP";

2.2.2. Provision of personalized Services to the User and execution of agreements and contracts;

2.2.3. Communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information related to the use of the Services, the execution of agreements and contracts, as well as processing User’s requests and applications;

2.2.4. Improvement of the quality and usability of the Services, development of new Services;

2.2.5. Conducting statistical and other research based on anonymized data.

3. Conditions for processing personal information of Users and its transfer to third parties

3.1. LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" stores personal information of Users in accordance with the internal regulations of specific services.

3.2. The confidentiality of the User’s personal information is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about themselves for general access by an unlimited number of individuals. When using certain Services, the User agrees that a certain part of their personal information becomes publicly available.

3.3. LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" may transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:

3.3.1. The User has given consent to such actions;

3.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User’s use of a specific Service or for the performance of a specific agreement or contract with the User;

4. Changing Your rights and control mechanisms

You have the right to obtain restriction of processing of your Personal data under the conditions set out in Article 18 of the GDPR.

You have the right to receive your Personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine- readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller under the conditions set out in Article 20 of the GDPR.

4.7. Right to Post-Mortem control of your Personal data
If French data protection legislation is applicable to you, you have the right to establish guidelines for the preservation, the deletion and the transmission of Personal data after your death in accordance with article 40−1 of the Act No 78−17 of 6 January 1978 on Information, Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties.

5. Processing personal information using Cookies and Counters

5.1. LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" has the right to establish that the provision of a specific Service is possible only if the User allows the reception and use of cookies.

5.2. The structure, content, and technical parameters of the cookie file are determined by LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" and may be changed without prior notice to the User.

5.3. Counters placed by LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" in the Services may be used to analyze User’s cookies, collect and process statistical information about the use of the Services, as well as to ensure the functionality of the Services as a whole or specific features in particular. The technical parameters of the counters are determined by LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" and may be changed without prior notice to the User.

6. Measures taken to protect the User’s personal information

6.1. LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.

7. Amendment of the Privacy Policy. Applicable legislation

7.1. LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy. The date of the last update is indicated in the updated version. The new version of the Policy comes into effect upon its publication unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. 7.2. When processing personal data of Users, LLC "OBLAKO GROUP" complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (hereinafter referred to as the CCPA), the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) and the UK GDPR.

8. Additional information for Users from the European Economic Area, U.K., and Switzerland

We may transfer your Personal data outside of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. In such case, we take additional steps to ensure your personal data is protected by appropriate legal safeguards, and that it is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. In this respect, Company has implemented appropriate contractual and organizational measures to ensure the confidentiality, security and integrity of user data in connection with its collection, processing and transfer. 9.4. Request that a business that sells a consumer’s Personal data, not sell the consumer’s Personal data.
